Plan to write off R23 billion of taxpayer money in Nelson Mandela Bay

The DA and African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) have raised the alarm over a proposal to write off R23 billion in unauthorised, irregular, fruitless and wasteful expenditure (UIFWE) in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality, allegedly without proper investigation.
