We live in a world where criticism comes easier than introspection.
Every action, every word, every belief of others is dissected, judged, and often condemned. Social media, dinner tables, and casual conversations are full of opinions about what others should do, how they should behave, what is right or wrong.

Yet, when it comes to ourselves, we build walls.
We rarely pause to examine our own motives, our own contradictions, or the blind spots that guide our choices. Philosophy calls this self-knowledge, but society seems allergic to it.

Perhaps it is easier to shape the world from the outside than to face the uncomfortable truths within.
And yet, every judgment we pass on others is a shadow of the self we refuse to see.
