Action Society launches PAIA application into failed prosecutions involving very young child victims

Action Society has formally submitted a Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) application to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), seeking detailed information on sexual offences cases involving children aged six years and younger that were not prosecuted, withdrawn, or otherwise failed to proceed.
