Coalitions talks are on the agenda in Gauteng – as results continue to trickle in for the local government elections and with 70% of ballots counted in the province by 6pm on Friday, 6 November, no party is set to win a majority in the metros of Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg and Tshwane.
