EFF joins court battle to overturn Phala Phala impeachment interdict

The EFF has applied to join an application by the African Transformation Movement (ATM) at the Constitutional Court to overturn a Western Cape high court majority judgement that temporarily interdicts Parliament’s impeachment committee from holding public hearings on the Phala Phala matter.
