The corruption-accused chief financial officer of the Matlosana Local Municipality in Klerksdorp in North West Mercy Phetla remains defiantly reluctant to vacate her position despite a scathing disciplinary report which found her guilty on all five charges of gross misconduct, dishonesty and dereliction of duty.
