Speaking to Sky's Cathy Newman, Ian Russell, whose daughter Molly took her own life after viewing harmful content online, said 'nothing much has changed' in terms of safety on platforms such as Instagram.
The online safety campaigner today renewed his plea to meet with Instagram's head in an open letter.
