The Five Best Books I Read in 2025

2025 was, if nothing else, a great year for reading, for me at least. I read a great number of books, and I’m pleased to say that virtually all of them were fantastic reading experiences. As is to be gathered from my previous articles, I’m a big lover of non-fiction books, and I was able to really get my nose stuck in during 2025, and during the year, I learned a lot from the amazing books I read.

Thankfully, I did also get to spend quite a bit of time getting into Manga. I will confess that prior to 2025, manga just wasn’t something on my radar, although now it’s something I find great enjoyment in reading. Let’s be honest, who amongst us doesn’t enjoy a bit of One Piece or, as I’ve been recently getting into, Frieren? With that being said, I think it’s high time we get into the five best books I read in 2025, in no particular order, that is.
