THE FUSE

I’m not a huge fan of going out for Valentine’s Day dinner. The pricey set menus often leave something to be desired, and that something could probably be better achieved by making a romantic dinner at home instead. Regardless of what dish direction you go in, Valentine’s Day meals tend to be rich and decadent. Which is why I’ll be ending the meal with one of my all-time favorite steakhouse desserts: the Red Berry Bibble from Keen’s Steakhouse in Manhattan.
