Alan Winde faces ANC substantive motion for ‘misleading’ provincial legislature

The African National Congress (ANC) in the Western Cape has filed a substantive motion against Premier Alan Winde for allegedly misleading the provincial legislature and the public regarding crime statistics in the province.
