THE FUSE

When I was growing up, on every special occasion I’d wake up to the aroma of my mom cooking her famous lasagna. Because we lived in Mumbai, India, lasagna was undoubtedly an unusual dish to prepare for celebrations. However, my mom had spent a lot of time in Italy in her youth and claimed that it was her favorite dish of all time. Additionally, she always said that her secret lasagna recipe had an Indian touch.
