Raul Rocha, its president, now stands accused of involvement in drug and gun possession, as well as fuel trafficking between Guatemala and Mexico. Mexican authorities allege Rocha leads a criminal network that smuggles fuel by boat, with one reported contribution of 2.1 million pesos (approximately R611,856) linked to the organisation.
