Natasha Joubert Shares the Sweet Moment She Told Her Husband She’s Pregnant

Former Miss South Africa 2023 and media personality Natasha Joubert has shared one of the most special moments of her life — the beautiful way she told her husband that she is pregnant.

Natasha took to Instagram to post an emotional video and photos from the day she revealed the big news to her husband, Enrico Vermaak. She explained that she found out she was pregnant while he was away.

“A few days after I found out I’m pregnant. Enrico was on a hunting trip for 3 days before I could tell him, and joh it was so hard not to just pick up the phone and tell him! So many special memories to still share. Since we are patiently waiting for our little girl, here are some special moments leading up to now.”

Instead of telling him over the phone, Natasha decided to plan a thoughtful and unforgettable surprise.

In the video she shared, she carefully prepared a beautiful setup with white and brown balloons. One of the balloons was shaped like a brown teddy bear, adding a soft and sweet touch to the moment. She also included tiny baby shoes and a small baby outfit embroidered with the words “baba Vermaak,” meaning baby Vermaak — her new surname after marriage.

To make the moment even more meaningful, she added a matching baby hat and placed her positive pregnancy test together with the gifts. All these small but powerful details were her way of telling her husband that they were expecting a baby girl.

Since announcing her pregnancy, Natasha has been openly sharing her journey into motherhood. From preparing for her baby girl’s arrival to celebrating her baby shower, she has shown just how excited and grateful she feels during this special season of her life.

Just a few days ago, she posted a beautiful photo showing her growing baby bump. She wore a pink and white dress with white floral details and pink gloves, looking radiant as she embraced this new chapter.

Alongside the picture, she wrote a touching message to her daughter:

“My dearest daughter, you are my first hello to motherhood. With you, I become softer and stronger at the same time. I promise to be your safe place, your loudest cheerleader, and the example of the love I hope you never settle for less than. You are already my greatest honour.”
