SAFA commits over R100 million to football development as election process gets underway

The South African Football Association (SAFA) has committed more than R100 million from Bafana Bafana’s 2026 FIFA World Cup participation earnings towards football development, while simultaneously advancing preparations for its Elective Congress scheduled for next month.
