The reigning #1 bestseller on both the Publishers Weekly and USA Today lists is Heartstopper Volume 6, but you won’t find it in this roundup, because most outlets break both YA and graphic novels out into their own lists. I’m still mourning the end of Heartstopper, between this final book and the movie. In fact, I’m listening to the movie soundtrack while writing this post—I can’t recommend the series highly enough, both for the queer joy and the depiction of mental health struggles.
