THE FUSE

INFUNDO continued its efforts to strengthen farmers in Mkhondo by equipping them with practical business management skills during a Business Strategy, Goal Setting and Action Planning workshop held at the One Stop Centre offices. The session focused on helping farmers move beyond day-to-day farming activities and approach their agricultural enterprises as structured businesses with clear objectives. Participants were encouraged to think carefully about where their businesses are currently positioned, where they want them to go and what steps they need to take to achieve their goals. The workshop highlighted the importance of making deliberate business decisions rather than waiting for opportunities or challenges to determine the direction of a farming enterprise. By focusing on strategy, planning and implementation, INFUNDO is helping farmers develop stronger foundations for sustainable agricultural businesses.
