Budget 2026: Godongwana takes aim at badly-run municipalities

The City of Johannesburg’s revenue from water is R11.9-billion, but only R1.3 billion is allocated to Joburg Water for capital expenditure, Minister of Finance Enoch Godongwana said on Wednesday.
