ActionSA urges Hlabisa to put Ekurhuleni under administration

The ActionSA in Ekurhuleni says it plans to write to Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) Minister Velenkosini Hlabisa soon to ask him to look at the possibility of placing the city under administration.
