Tanzanian billionaire Rostam Aziz has won a key legal battle clearing the way for his Ksh16.7 billion ($130.5 million) liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) terminal in Mombasa. The National Environment Tribunal (NET) dismissed a fresh case brought by Likoni residents seeking to stop the construction, reaffirming the approvals for the project.
