The Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria has proposed a heavier sentence for controversial tenderpreneur Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala after rejecting the sentence proposed in his plea deal with the National Prosecuting Authority’s (NPA) Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC).
