South African Police Service (SAPS) Crime Intelligence head Lt-Gen Dumisani Khumalo and the head of Intelligence Analysis and Coordination, Maj-Gen Nosipho Madondo, believe Adv Andrea Johnson may have lied under oath at the Madlanga commission, opening a new front in their battle with the besieged Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) boss.
