Diablo 4 developer Blizzard has announced plans to release a massive new update for testing all of the features coming to Season 15. The Season 15 public test realm will be used to try new features such as Soul Splinters, which are described as unique socketables that provide "power with a bite". Soul Splinters are available in five rarities and can be upgraded in the Horadric Cube.
