Former president Jacob Zuma has reiterated a position that EFF leader Julius Malema has reportedly advocated for some time: undocumented immigrants should be properly documented so that authorities can establish who is residing in the country and ensure that anyone suspected of breaking the law can be held accountable through the legal system.
