SK hynix approves $38.1 billion investment in two new fabs for AI memory supply

SK Hynix is doubling down on the AI boom with another massive investment. The South Korean chipmaker's board of directors has approved a 54.3 trillion won investment, roughly $38.1 billion, to build two massive new fabrication plants dedicated to supplying memory for the next generation of AI accelerators and enterprise servers.
