The Preservation and Development of Agricultural Land Act, Act 39 of 2024, Regulation Workshop ended yesterday. The conclusion marked a key point in the effort to improve how South Africa protects and manages its agricultural land. The workshop aimed to improve coordination in the sector and to prepare institutions for the full rollout of the Act.
