Save the Children UK has called on British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband to break the deadlock over the £2.5 billion ($3.3 billion) that Russian-Israeli billionaire Roman Abramovich received from the sale of Chelsea Football Club, saying the money could help children caught up in conflicts around the world.
