The Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (Idac) says it stands by its case against two former State Security Agency (SSA) officials accused of fraudulently withdrawing R12-million to fund Project Mayibuye, as their lawyers prepare to ask the court to discharge them without presenting a defence.
