The “Delicious” Restaurant-Grade Frozen Dumplings I’ve Made for Dinner 3 Weeks in a Row (My Favorite for Weeknights!)

They’re so good, I’m honestly surprised I have any left (but thank goodness I do!). Catch them in my dinner rotation for the foreseeable future.

Released in early 2024, these dumplings are a collab between MìLà and Seattle-based pho restaurant Phở Bắc (so you know they’re going to be legit). In fact, they’re so delicious, they sold out in just three weeks after the launch. The good news is that they’re back in stock now.

There are 50 (!) in a bag for $44.99 (or just 89 cents per dumpling). And right now, the brand is offering a buy one, get one 50% off deal for its potstickers and soup dumplings, so you can save a little coin when you stock up.

Plus, the soup dumplings don’t even take 15 minutes to make. Quick, easy, and flavorful dinners, here we come.

There are two different ways to prepare these soup dumplings: steaming or pan-frying. I don’t have a steamer basket, so I opted to pan-fry them. I really like this method because it results in crispy, golden bottoms.

Heat some vegetable oil in a nonstick pan, add in your dumplings, and let them do their thing for five minutes before pouring in some water and covering with a lid. Steam for eight minutes until they’re heated through, then serve.

Beyond being easy to make, they’re also wildly delicious. The beef is rich and meaty with notes of fragrant cilantro, garlic, sesame, and onion. The dumplings themselves are nice and chewy, and the golden bottoms impart a slightly toasted flavor that I couldn’t get enough of. With a drizzle of Sriracha over top, they are absolutely perfect and so comforting.
