The fight between South African billionaire Patrice Motsepe's African Rainbow Minerals Ltd. and the Sacco family's Assore Ltd. has turned personal, with Assore asking a court to declare one of ARM's top executives a delinquent director over a missed tax deadline at the mining company the two groups jointly own.
