Egyptian billionaire El-Sewedy family’s electric group signs deal to boost Qatar power solutions

Elsewedy Electric, the Cairo-based multinational cable and electrical equipment manufacturer led by the Egyptian billionaire El-Sewedy family, has teamed up with Raneen Energy to host a technical seminar in Doha aimed at strengthening Qatar’s power network. The meeting brought together engineers, regulators and industry executives to review compliance with Kahramaa standards for dry transformers, oil-immersed transformers and busway systems.
