Basetsana Kumalo Joins Global Women Leaders in London

Media personality and former beauty queen Basetsana Khumalo recently travelled to London to attend the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Cornerstone Conference. The glamorous event brought together some of the world’s most influential women leaders from different industries and countries.
Taking to Instagram, Basetsana shared her excitement about being part of the prestigious gathering in one of her favourite cities.
She wrote, “In one of my favourite cities, London attending the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Cornerstone Conference.”
Basetsana also explained the importance of the organisation and the impact it continues to make globally. She shared that the International Women’s Forum is more than just a conference, but a powerful global platform that uplifts women in leadership.
“The International Women’s Forum @iwfglobal is a global network of accomplished women leaders across business, politics, media, academia, entrepreneurship, and the arts, committed to advancing women’s leadership and championing equality worldwide. With members across more than 30 countries, IWF creates spaces for powerful conversations, collaboration, mentorship, and impact,” she wrote.
The media personality also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to connect with influential women from across the world.
“Grateful to be in rooms filled with visionary women shaping the future across industries and continents,” she added.
The 2026 IWF Cornerstone Conference took place in London from May 13 to 15, 2026. The invitation-only event welcomed more than 750 influential women leaders from over 41 countries. The conference focused on important global topics including mental health, leadership, geopolitics, and equality, all discussed through a female-focused lens.
Basetsana’s attendance at the conference highlights her continued influence as a respected businesswoman and media personality. Over the years, she has built a strong reputation in the entertainment and business industries while also using her voice to empower women and inspire leadership.
