I cannot understand how this is possible.

What level of hate does one harbour, for example, that you can grab a 5 year old child at daycare, essentially kidnap him, take him to a blacked-out ICE vehicle without any permission whatsoever, and then transport him home, to use him as ‘bait’ in order to determine if his father is home, so that you can then arrest both of them and transport them from Minneapolis, 1200 miles to a holding facility in Texas, while no one other than those two know, they’ve have been ‘kidnapped’.

Is America so fucked up that this is accepted as normal?

Don’t answer that, it’s a rhetorical question.

Of course America is.

And what kind of ugly, inhuman and inhumane reptile actually gloats over the pain, angst, and suffering he instills in those so treated?

DHS, the Department of Homeland Security and ICE, Immigration & Customs Enforcement has hired thousands of men and women, clearly understanding that the agency wants them to arrest immigrants for deportation, who have not only not done anything wrong, unlike some of those who attacked Congress when Fuhrer the Second asked them to do so; but often simply because they speak another language or because the colour of their skin is not ‘racist’ white.

The only thing I haven’t seen them do publicly is put a colour palette up to their skin to check.

But that would be silly, we all know they do that when nobody is watching.

Racial profiling, was what the Nazis did in Germany 87 years ago.

What kind of mean-spirited ugly personality spends his entire day, pulling open car doors or smashing car windows and dragging people onto the street, when more often than not, they have nothing to do with those ICE is seeking?

Randomly profiling someone in a vehicle, forcing it to stop, and then demanding they get out, and if they don’t, smashing their window and then dragging them into the street, face down and handcuffing them?

Are you kidding me?

This is insanity.

This is simply Nazi Brownshirt behaviour.

Were this to happen in Canada, those responsible would be charged, convicted, fired and find themselves in a penal institution.

Absolutely fucking guaranteed.

No police agency, no Immigration officer, no RCMP or CSIS member would ever even think of doing this, or his job would be forfeit for his racist attitude, and charges would be brought against him once his behaviour was confirmed.

How much do you have to ‘hate’ those scapegoated by one’s government in order to perform a task that the vast majority of Americans find reprehensible?

And how stupid do you have to be?

And for those who don’t find it reprehensible, what the fuck is wrong with you?

And in what world, except a fascist or hard-line communist one, should this ever exist?

My Experience: Way Back in 1971

America’s racism and xenophobia has been going on for a long time.

It has been endemic in America since the Civil War.

But now it’s hate is directed, not just to non-white Americans, but to any and all that ICE and the other collaborative goon squads that can see a different skin colour or hear those that are speaking another language but English.

Now, even for people trying to enter the U.S. at the border they are selected; and based on a refusal to provide their phone or the fact that the phone that is provided doesn’t have any social media on it, they then are refused entry as well.

Canadians don’t need to travel to the US that badly, so, we wont be.

Which brings me back to 1971.

In any event, when I used to travel to the US, often, and when the American brownshirts weren’t employed at the borders I was twice subjected to treatment that completely tainted my interest, and the first time, I wasn’t in uniform in 1971. You see, I was a very junior Canadian Naval Officer, on exchange to the US Navy serving aboard the aircraft carrier, U.S.S. Constellation, CV 64.

My girl friends family had a beautiful suite on Mission Bay in San Diego and my new brother in law, who has a very dark complexion and I borrowed my girlfriend’s dad’s Cadillac and we drove down to Tijuana simply because neither of us had ever been. We stayed for a few hours walking through shops, and then decided to head back to San Diego. When we got to the border, we provided our passports, and a border patrol agent asked to open the trunk. The agent looked at our passports, looked in the car, saw my girlfriends brotherand then asked him, “Are you a Canadian.” My brother in law, knowing he was looking at his Canadian passport, politely said, “Yes, just like my passport says.”

The border patrol agent then said, “So you’re not a wetback?”

My brother in law bristled a bit but held his temper and again, said. “No, I’m not.”

Then the border agent handed me back our passports, laughed and said, “Oh…you’re northern wetbacks.”

We said nothing. He simply waved us on to go.

That event angered by my wife’s brother so much, that he has never returned, even though he became the owner and CEO of a major glass company, with major operations in the U.S.

For the next forty years, he held all corporate meetings and the annual meeting in Canada.

That was the second time in a two years visiting the U.S. that I was verbally assaulted by a U.S. officer, so those experiences taught me all I ever needed to know about American hospitality.

But now we’re in a completely different world. One where the most powerful military in the world will threaten to invade a NATO ally if it doesn’t willfully allow America to steal one of its territories.

And, before anyone states, that it will never happen, we no longer care or trust what Americans say.

Canadians will never trust America or Americans again, because we simply can’t.

The U.S. is costing Canada billions of dollars in sales and revenue due to tariffs.

As Canada’s Prime Minister has stated, unequivocally, the relationship, present and future, is over.

We don’t like your administration, or the men and women that work at your borders.

We don’t like your immigration people that work at international airports, that act similarly.

And, yes they do. I have close friends who were refused entry on the way to their winter home in Sarasota, which they have now sold, and bought another in Portugal. They, and their four daughters and families, will also never return to spend one dime in America, because they too were victimized as housing prices have tanked as the number of Canadians selling them has dramatically increased.

A Sea Change for Canadians

As Canadians, we realize that not every American is responsible for what happens to visitors, whether heading for vacation, going south as Snowbirds, or simply getting away from the cold for a round of golf. But the number of times that Canadians are now being treated like criminals for simply trying to enter the U.S. has got to the point, that an ever increasing number no longer will, period.

Canadians, writ-large have made their own decisions in relation to travel, and last year Canadians chose to travel in Canada or they overflew America to the Gulf of Mexico, and travelled anywhere but America. In total, 29% less, and not spending about 6 billon dollars there. This year, it’s estimated that Canadians will travel more, as they did last year, but to the U.S. 50% less. The loss is for 2025 will likely be 10 billion dollars from Canadians alone.

We don’t ‘hate’ all Americans, but since a majority of Americans chose to elect a syphilitic dementia ridden criminal as their leader, we won’t be back. Unfortunately that will be true, even if Democrats are in office and the rest of the GOP are gone as well.

Trust is a powerful but fragile thing. It enabled Canadians to become the largest and longest trade partner with the U.S., for 79 years.

But in one year, one man, a kleptocrat and fascist thief has destroyed that trust, utterly.

America has threatened Canada with economic sanctions and coercion. It has torn up agreements that were based on International Trade rules and International law. It has threatened Canada with annexation as the 51st state, and after all of that, America’s Fuhrer The Second, has stated that ‘he’ll get what he wants, one way or the other.”

So, there is no future in relation to the United States and Canada that will once again lead to a return to what was, before Donald. And if America’s convicted felon willfully destroys the auto pact between Canada and the U.S., I believe that then, Canada will embargo the entry of all 850,000 light trucks and cars that were previously produced in the United States and imported to Canada.

Canada has, as of a week or so ago, inked an agreement with China to sell 49.000 Chinese EVs in Canada as of now. In a year that number will increase to 70,000. But that’s what has been agreed to before America’s King decided that he will “destroy Canada’s auto-industry”,..because as Howard Lutnick reiterated recently, “We don’t like competition.”

I can only assume that if he disallows Canadian vehicles and parts to enter the US, or he places even larger tariffs on them, that Canada will immediately move ahead with putting massive tariffs on American made vehicles entering into Canada.

And its more than conceivable that the next thing that will happen, after that, is to completely open the Canadian market to all Chinese manufactured vehicles.

If this asinine action by the U.S. administration continues, then it is completely possible that Canadian electrical generation power from Quebec, Ontario, BC and Manitoba to the states, along with oil, and aluminum, will no longer be allowed to be exported.

For those who never voted for their now Fascist Fuhrer, I wish you the best in removing him, any way you can.

But it’s too late for us, here in Canada. A pole held here recently found that 29% of Canadians now consider the U.S. as the enemy while 82% say they will never trust America again.

And for those Canadians who were prolific travellers to the U.S., prior to 2025, most of them have stated that it is now ‘safer and easier to go somewhere else.’

I couldn’t agree more.
