Funding to bolster domestic refining urgent, says CEF chair

Central Energy Fund (CEF) Group chair Ayanda Noah said funding from a blend of governments, state-owned enterprises, development finance institutions and private investors was urgently needed to support refining capacity as a cornerstone of national development.
