IDAC explains what saved Dumisani Khumalo from arrest – for now

The Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) has confirmed that arrest warrants were indeed issued against South African Police Service (SAPS) Crime Intelligence head, Lt-Gen Dumisani Khumalo, and the head of intelligence analysis and coordination within Crime Intelligence, Maj-Gen Nosipho Madondo.
