KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi was aware that Crime Intelligence head Lt-Gen Dumisani Khumalo and other senior SAPS members were going to be arrested – but he wasn’t “angry” about it, senior Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) investigator Col Brian Padayachee has told the Madlanga commission.
