South African rapper and television personality Nadia Nakai is officially heading to the island! The star has announced that she will be joining Season 12 of Tropika Island of Treasure, and she is already bringing her competitive energy.

Taking to Instagram, Nadia shared her excitement about the new adventure and made it clear that she is ready to win.

“Winning is the vibe in the Rap Game! So it makes sense I win every game on the Tropika Island of Treasure! I just need a fire partner!

I’ve joined SEASON 12 of Tropika Island of treasure! And I’m looking for a partner to join me!

Do YOU think you have what it takes to team up with me!!!?

I’m known to get super competitive and I need a partner that meets the vibe check!

Sooooo get ready!! Auditions start soon! Watch this space!”

The show’s official Instagram page also confirmed the exciting news, praising the rapper’s winning mindset.

Fans now have the opportunity to team up with Nadia and compete for a shared R1 million grand prize, along with a R10,000 Pep voucher. To enter, hopeful contestants must upload their audition tape on TikTok, Facebook, X, or Instagram, tag @MyTropika, and use the hashtag #Tropika. Auditions open on 6 March and close on 5 May 2026.
