Czech billionaire Michal Strnad, the owner of defense contractor Czechoslovak Group, has offered about €30 billion ($33.6 billion) for Delfin, the holding company of the late Luxottica founder Leonardo Del Vecchio's heirs and the largest shareholder in Ray-Ban maker EssilorLuxottica.
