Nsfas sets October deadline for 2027 accommodation rules

Higher Education and Training Minister Buti Manamela has committed to finalising student accommodation protocols and funding guidelines for the 2027 academic year by the end of October 2026, as the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (Nsfas) faces scrutiny over its readiness to fund students.
