YMTC reportedly targets 4F² cells for 9,600 MT/s DRAM mass production

Chinese memory manufacturer YMTC is reportedly developing a new low-power, high-speed DRAM, capable of reaching 9,600 MT/s, and plans to begin mass production at its Fab 3 facility in Wuhan, China. Moving into volume DRAM production marks a major expansion for the company, which is best known as China's leading 3D NAND flash manufacturer.
