The Mahlabathini farming community, located outside Highflats within the Johannes Phumani Local Municipality, experienced a moment of emotional relief and renewed hope with the arrival of KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development, Thembeni KaMadlopha-Mthethwa, at Mziki Community Hall.
