Let’s be for real, isa to sa mga napakasakit na katotohanan na we can’t accept agad — you can’t change anyone no matter how much you care about them or how you strongly believe that they’d be better off with different choices, habits, and the decisions they make every single day.

Sometimes we think to ourselves, “ if only they did things this way, they’d be happier” . but here’s the thing — change has to come from within a person themselves. they need to to feel and understand why change is needed, and want to do it for their own well-being. you can’t be the only one pushing while they say “ i don’t want to, this is how i am”. you can give them advices, supports, and even give an example how to do good or live well — but in the end, it’s up to them whether they choose to follow or not.
