Volunteers at the SPA rescue centre in Arry, France, could not believe their eyes. There, under the blazing sun, tied to a heavy rubbish skip, stood a tiny Chihuahua. The little dog was trembling and did not have a single bowl of water to help her cope with the crushing heat. It was an abandonment that defies belief.
