It took until just just after 11am on Saturday for the true Kingsmead atmosphere to declare itself. As the morning gray made way for glorious Durban sunshine, a refreshed throng of Proteas fans poured onto the grass embankments and into the stands – bringing with them plenty of classic, sharp-witted South African humour.
