The value of Namibian oil tycoon Knowledge Katti's stake in Sintana Energy Inc. has fallen by about C$4.5 million ($3.2 million) over the past year, as the Toronto-listed explorer's shares slid despite progress on its biggest asset, a stake in one of the largest oil discoveries off Namibia.
