Ambassadors from EU members and the head of the union’s investment bank will meet Transnet executives this month to discuss the possibility of a range of agreements aimed at improving port efficiency and enabling the logistics SOE to participate in the nascent regional blue economy, says the EU ambassador to South Africa, Kristian Schmidt.
