There’s people dying in the streets.

Back in 2015 guitarist and Rochelle and the Spoilers songwriter Bobby Lutz wrote a tune called CRAZY WORLD for our album “unfiltered“. Many people will say “YOU musicians, shut up and play, we don’t need your opinions on politics and government”. Well, ok, here are the lyrics to that song and that fifth line is poignant friends..

CRAZY WORLD:

I‘M SICK OF WARS ABOUT RELIGION

AND WHOSE GOD IS RIGHT AND WHOSE WRONG

WHY CAN‘T WE ALL LOVE ONE ANOTHER

WHY CANT WE ALL JUST LIVE AS ONE

*THERE‘S PEOPLE DYING IN THE STREETS*

PEOPLE KILLING FOR GOLD

BROTHERS AND SISTERS STILL IN SLAVERY

YET, THEIR STORY IS NEVER TOLD

WE NEED TO TO TEACH OUR CHILDREN

THAT GREED AND POWER ARE MEANININGLESS

TEACH THEM LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING

AND THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS
