Looking back, I couldn’t help but notice how much I’ve grown as a person. Minding my own business, liking what I like and letting others be them… I didn’t get nosy these days, others’ preferences don’t matter as long as they are not annoying me, or if they’re obviously criminal preferences cough Epstein Files cough.

I’d say there should be an imaginary boundary set for what a person should be judged, gossiped about, made fun of, or even isolated from the society as a whole. Because eww… do you really want a functioning doctor who was ra*ist not sentenced because he had a “bright future” ahead?

Wouldn’t you rather visit one who prefer their rice with ketchup?

Same goes for different political opinions, philosophies, religion, races, sexuality or even the food combinations that weird you out. As long as they’re not harming others, enjoying themselves, a light tease or sometimes a well versed debate could be used to sort it out.

And you find yourself circling back to their preferences or opinions from time to time, having that strong urge to prove that you’re right. Then, my friend you either need a job or if you do… pick up a hobby.

Singing might not be your forte but there are many. Dancing, journaling, cooking, sketching, painting, living.
