Inno Morolong Alleges She Was Attacked at a Johannesburg Club

South African influencer Inno Morolong has alleged that she was attacked at a club on Tuesday night, 7 April 2026. The social media personality shared the claims with her followers on Instagram, saying the incident left her shaken and fearing for her safety.
Morolong posted a photo of herself at Sandton police station shortly after the alleged incident. In her Instagram story, she claimed that the attack involved musician and soccer player Andile Mpisane, who is also the son of well-known businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize.
In her post, Morolong described the situation and said she was deeply hurt by the alleged incident.
She wrote, “I was attacked by men last night at the club. @andile.mpisane and his nkabi’s assaulted me last night. My life is in danger. I’m not okay. How can a group of men just attack me like that? I’m so hurt.”
She also tagged Mpisane’s mother in another message and repeated her allegations. Morolong wrote, “@kwa mammkhize your son @andile.mpisane assaulted me with his friends and security: The footage at the club can show everything of how I was horribly assaulted by a group of men. I almost lost my life, I’m living in fear now.”
The influencer suggested that there may be security footage from the club that could show what happened during the incident.
The alleged incident comes during a very difficult time for Morolong. In March 2026, she shared heartbreaking news about the passing of her mother. According to Morolong, her mother had been battling melanoma cancer for several years.
She revealed that her mother was diagnosed with melanoma cancer in 2023 and fought the illness with strength and courage. Sadly, she passed away peacefully on the morning of 17 March 2026 while surrounded by her loved ones.
The loss of her mother was deeply emotional for Morolong, and she shared her grief openly with her followers on social media. Now, just weeks after that painful loss, the influencer says she is dealing with another traumatic experience.
Her allegations have sparked conversations online, with many social media users calling for clarity about what happened at the club that night.
