MK Party launches court bid to strip Adv. Batohi of pension, benefits

The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria will hear the uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK) political party’s urgent bid to block the payment of former National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP), Adv. Shamila Batohi‘s pension and other post-term gratuities as well as to reverse the decision to fund her legal costs in the Nkabinde Inquiry.
