Kenyan billionaire Humphrey Kariuki loses court fight to hold on to a South African wine brand

A Nairobi judge has cleared the South African winemaker Namaqua Wines to end its relationship with WOW Beverages, the drinks company Humphrey Kariuki founded, in a dispute over 450 million shillings ($3.5 million) that WOW says it spent building the brand in Kenya.
